I want a pony daddy!

Amy has been nagging us to go pony riding, and lucky for her they are across the road from us in our Villeneuve les Avignon home!

First the kids had to brush and saddle them up, and don hairnets under their helmets ha ha

Baz and I led the kids through country lanes, and then it was time for a cuddle and a carrot.

After that I TORTURED them all by forcing them into a lunch at a riverside restaurant I found while out running this morning. This pic is for you Andy! Baz has a new French word- 'Pression' draught beer.

It was a gorgeous day here so we headed home for a bit of time by our pool ye har!

Back into the main city of Avignon for a wander though the streets, where we found some space invaders and the 'popes palace'.

We are now enjoying a Japanese meal (free wifi so I am blogging while I can) then heading back to the square in front of the Popes palace for a light show before the bus home. I am sure Baz can write au revoir upside down in salt when he has finished barbecuing our teppanyaki!
